Requirement 3 Engineering Managers - 8+ yrs Previous experience of: VLSI/SoC design
spanning all aspects of design flow like RTL design & synthesis, functional & logic verification DFT, timing verification
and back-end design. Leading full chip projects or equivalent complexity project tasks. Supervisor responsibilities of team
typical size of 6 to 8. Expectations & responsibilities : Heads a design group. Group may consist of
more than one design team working concurrently on projects/technical activities. Design group reports to EM through a hierarchy.
EM is responsible for: 1. Review and guidance for on going technical activities of the group.
2. Feasibility analysis and planning of new projects/ technical work. 3. Planning overall activities of
the group alongwith center head. 4. Enhancement of overall capabilities of the group driven from business
objectives of the design center. To carry out,capture and understand technical innovations & developments and convert
them into capabilities of the design group. 5. Planning and building up resources for the design group
driven by goals and objectives of the group and design center. 6. Interaction with external organizations(
within and outside Motorola)as per broad objectives and plans of the design center. 7. To work alongwith
business unit head as part of the management team. Some of the major considerations are: -- Higher level
of allignment with the organization( its priorities and processes) -- Ability to find out innovative methods
to deal with resource limitations. Design Engineers/ Sr. Design Engineers Profile
Should have at least 3 yrs experience in Verilog RTL design, synthesis, DFT, timing analysis, verification. Experience

Lead Design Engineers (Physical Design) Profile Should have at least
3 yrs experience in Floorplan, automatic Place & Route, CTS, power routing, layout extraction & verification, timing
driven layout. Experience Avant tools and should be willing to learn Cadence back-end tools or vice versa. Expectations
& responsibilities: 1. To participate in project/technical activities as Project Leader/Coordinator/Member
2. To enhance technical capabilities and to carry out, and assimilate new innovations for further application
in technical development work. To disseminate technical knowledge to others through training courses, seminars,
discussions, write-ups and other informal methods. 3.To carry out feasibility analysis and planning of new
technical activities. 4. Capability to take up supervisor responsibilities. Oracle Apps (Oracle 11i
-ERP) Practice Leaders / Principal Consultants We need one or two senior level profiles (9+ years of experience)
who can lead the practice in the Oracle Financials and Oracle Manufacturing areas. Ideally B.Tech + MBA from premier institutes
with experience in Consulting, Practice Development, Business Development and Project Management. Oracle Apps project management
experience (2 live projects) desirable. Preferably trained and certified in Oracle Apps. Project Leads / Sr.
Consultants Similar profile as above with -6 + years experience, atleast 3 years in Oracle Apps Financilas or Manufacturing.
We also need consultants with Oracle CRM, iProcurement experience. Preferably trained and certified in Oracle Apps.
Project Managers / Leads / Sr. Consultants Clarify Certified Consultants with good communications skills and
atleast 8 years of experience. Depending on qualification and experience, they can be considered for PM, PL or Sr. Consultant
positions. Min 3 years experience in Clarify preferred. Presales We are looking at candidates with 7 to
12 yrs of exp, B.E + MBA with sound knowledge on CRM packages essentially a technical personal who has moved to presales consultancy.
SAP- Basis/BIW/APO modules. B.E with minimum 2 yrs of experience in SAP and 5 yrs of functional experience
(exemptions could be made in APO/BIW cases).
